During the meeting, the Emperor announces that the Braun and Angenas families have almost the same amount of land, but Braun has slightly more. However, instead of clearly choosing Braun, he hesitates and says the difference is too small to decide easily. Tia watches this and almost laughs because she understands what’s really happening. The Emperor is not making a direct decision on purpose. This confuses and frustrates everyone, especially the Angenas family and the Empress.

 

Soon, the nobles begin arguing loudly. The Angenas side refuses to give up their position, saying the difference is too small, while others argue that Braun should win because they still have more land. The room becomes chaotic, but the Emperor just watches calmly without stopping them.

In the end, Duigi becomes anxious and asks the Emperor to reconsider, showing that things are not going the way he expected. The meeting is about deciding which noble family will represent the West, based on the size of their land. The Angenas family is about to win, but their leader, Duigi Angenas, suddenly demands a remeasurement of the land, claiming something is wrong. Most nobles think this request is unreasonable. 

 

Tia who is watching everything carefully, realizes that the Emperor is hesitating because the difference in land size is small. She steps forward, confident that her plan is already in motion. Tia presents an important document to the Emperor. It is a contract showing that the Angenas family borrowed money from the Pellet Company and used the Henforek estate as collateral.
