I know she feels like she needs to be of use... but i feel that all stems from her trauma from what that b**d put her through since she was a child that she needs to have use otherwise she'll be beaten or left... I hope she learns to value herself... she has done things she never thought she could I wish to see her self confidence back... he doesn't need her to be or do anything he just wants his wife to be there with him... honestly him before her is so different than him with her now I hope she realises how much she impacts him

@Whatever I think what a lot of people (including Riftan) arent realizing though is that she WANTS to be of use. Its not fully built on feeling like she HAS to. What he needs from her is only part of the puzzle, its also important to recognize what she needs from herself. There's several steps between not running headlong into danger and completely shutting her out. Both are equally harmful and stunt her growth. Whether he wants to admit it or not, shes right. He is her father and this does concern her, if for no other reason than she WANTS to be involved. He doesnt get to pretend she has nothing to do with it if shes asking to be included.
@BlueBay I agree with what ur saying. I just mean in the terms of being of use to others for the sake of others... I want her involved as well... so it is seen as an equal footing and standing that they can talk about these things and decide as equals... it is very much her business and she should know of it... ill be fr I dislike it whenever he kisses her instead of talking it fully out like we see here he is all of a sudden kissing her during the convo like dude just tell her and stop avoiding or cutting her off when she is trying to talk with kissing
