@Natalie Nope it the first time he showed us his "elf form" because apparently he was supposed to be half elf half human from what I remember... But he always had that blonde disguise on not exactly sure if the bracelet he's wearing is the cause for the disguise coming off but because I've never seen him remove that bracelet and they emphasized that before the change in appearance I'm assuming that's the reason he had that blonde look before and the reason he can change back to the dark elf version of himself as well. So my best guess is that emerald bracelet has a appearance change ability to disguise him as a human even though he's half elf and normally looks like a dark elf without it
