I mean...... in reality THE most toxic one in the relationship is the MC.
---He thinks loving someone and telling them is something so minuscule.
---Every single fuc**** chapter he complains about how much he hates the ML and how he'll abandon him. Like make your fuçking mind up, either stay or go.

---Tells ML they'll spend the rest of their lives together and 3 mins later he is breaking up with him telling him how he can't wait to sleep with others.
----Blames the ML for everything, when he is also the son of a mafia guy.
----Lies constantly. Hides things.
And most importantly.... cant fuçking understand that the man he "loves" was raised in he**, with everyone trying to kill him and betray him since he was like 6 and has never never had anything or anyone show him love... and that the ONLY thing he needs to be happy is the exact opposite of how MC treats him. He just needs to feel loved and that he matters and wont be threatened to be abandoned every day.
