@Human Aaron didn't spend 57 years practicing, it was longer. His memories just kept getting reset. The LN explains it better, not trying to spoil. But he did a cool thing because he spent like an inhuman amount of time training

Soo Aaron spent everyday training there and he kept on losing his memories like the guy who kept using the stone the memories he lost piled up in his unconscious and slowly he started remembering the memories becuase of how much he had and he remembered all the time he spent training and he got a huge powerup or something like that from it
