Why is everyone glazing this? I totally loved it and was obsessed with every chapter from the beginning but this ending totally disappointed me. The ending, actually no, the whole story is so rushed... Let's be more critical, even with things we like please. This ending is straight up trash especially when we know that this author has the audience to finance a longer story. This was really uncreative, it feels like a side story with bunch of side quests sneaked in to the main plot, except it doesnt even have one. First you'd think it's about their relationship, then it takes them 2 chapters so get together, no hardships, nothing. And then they end it with the quote "He did was he loved doing the most" when the story wasn't even mainly about him becoming a superstar. Yes it was an important thing to him but it was always secondary to the story, so why does the end make it look like it's the main message of the whole thing?? It feel like being fed a gorgeous plate but the whole meal was play dough...

@Lizzy this is the last chapters of this story, i read the chapter pretty quick and didnt paid attention? Also yeah, never really thought about it since I read it out of that nostalgia from the main story. They really got togheder pretty easily, but who knows , maybe some challenges will follow to make their relationship more deep, they are still teenagers now , so that might come when they become adults.
@Lizzy where is it noted its the last chapter though? And even so, why are you yapping like, it was one of the main goal of byul life to debut, so of course the will focuse on that at one moment, plus yes they are a couple right now, but they still have to work many things. Let the author works his storie and chill. You can be disappointed but saying its like trash story is going overboard.

you're expecting teenagers to have some tradegies? i mean they had misunderstandings and reconcilation and even tho some part were indeed rushed
the thing is siwoo did pushed him back even tho he is in LOVE with him he tried to show byul what he would be dealing with when dating alphas and byul was indeed taken aback and even asked advice from uncle heesoo
they are basically school kids and just liking each other is always enough to be in a relationship BUT THEM they had more than just liking each other
since siwoo has always been in love with byul and byul trying to figure out what he felt for siwoo and how he is different from others to him
it was all about discovering and reconnecting with someone he thought he once knew but not anymore
it only happened because he stopped being a trainee which was his dream
so even that dream is something relevant
because just like siwoo said "no matter what you do you'll always be my star" shows he would have always continued loving him (he even tried to leave the country just so he could forget him) if even that level of obsession is not considered alot for a teen love idk what would?
am not being rude i just wanted to say this story was meant to be on a lighter side you can always read story with dark or toxic heavy themes elsewhere this is just a sweet and coming of age romcom story
its like you're knowingly eating a sweet chocolate and expecting it to taste bitter like dark chocolate 🤓 (ig i mentioned chocolate since i just came reading CA😂)

@Dazai_Dokja_wifey I see your point and I'm sure the author meant to weite something like that, yet the way it was written didn't make it very clear and i feel like it coulve been more detailed. We saw how they had this misunderstanding but it got "solved" without the real issue being taken care of. Also i didn't say his dreams wasnt relevent but it wasn't the main part of the story nor talked about enough for it to be the last quote. And i totally understand that if i disliked the story i could just skip and not read it but as i meantioned i really loved this story, which is the reason the end disappointed me. @keke “TsundéréKéké” otop it says the end in the title. The main story is finished, the :to be continued" likely refers to the side stories that are yet to come. I wont deny that the story can take a good turn but for the main story it was just too rushed in my opinion. To me its a trash story for now and i wont change atm bc the emptions the author was zrying to bring over to the aufience were expressed and written poorly. Again this is my opinion.
@Qumopi I totally agree with you. I hope the side stories make the characters emotions more clear and the problems between them get solved more in detail and not just over the surface. But thank you for reminding me that the story might take a good turn thanks to the side stories that are yet to come :)

Like how they used hyesung's trauma so lightheartedly was tbh the most dissapointing to me (just for their kiss?)
I atleast wanted them to properly explain to byul "why how or why not" about the whole mess and backstory but it just ended without any other context than byul admiting he knows his mom loves him n he does too and that was it (that was very dissapointing)
and if anybody says its not about his parents so maybe thats why they didnt wanted to emphasise much on it but oh please SHUT UP with ur excuses
you dont treat my baby hyesung like that and expect me to overlook everything just cus you give some heartwarming scenes 🙂 (i dont hate byul he is just a moddy teen who found out about it and didnt know better and even younger than now knew that his mom once abandoned him so you can never blame him for his parents should have told him everything and explained and we should have been shown that and it would make more sense for ppl who havent read the parents story) this just feels more like a side story sequel with half assed writing which doesnt affect me since i have read it but should have been more thoughtful about new readers
(i hv seen new readers go back to the parents story to actually understand this and that might have been the strategy so yeah lol)
