female alpha can get pregnant and can impregnated others (except male alpha) because they have both male and female functions like male omega do. Because some stories include those rich family alpha lineage with both parents are alpha, so I think it's like this.
And I think omega male' sperm doesn't have any function to impregnated others or maybe the possibility is much lower.
