Vachae reminded me Cecil wanted to be Queen, but Cecil hasn't actually done anything. Between Bahn, Nasir, Perskae, and Lola, none them seem to have the strength to compete for the throne nor the desire. Poisson and Ludmilla hsve strength, but they also aren't very ambitious. The only she'd even need to worry about is Pyros, but he might not compete either. She could've directly taken the throne by force, or she could've had MC name her as queen, or if she wanted to be careful, she could've won the support of all the officials, but she doesn't seem to have done anything to advance her position.

@Nelson Mandela it's clearly just one of the many plot holes in this story like how the Cecil didn't give him any relevant information on the demon lord or how he has a son or a dead wife or how his son tries to kill him or the demon kings habits. He hasn't even seen his brother for close to 2 months for all he knows his brother could be dead but he's not even pushing to see him
