@ashe but Ceaser created a fort to lay seige to a enemy and then created a second fort becuase they were being seiged in only a few days

@Choco thats fascinating but looking into this more the roman fort model where they planted large wooden stakes into the ground as solid foundations to their forts and had very compressed and simple uniform fort structures would have definatly contributed to the rumors and stories spread about the romans and how fast and efficent they were at construction.
