It just, back then MC has no memory of OG Sihyeon, that's why there's no reaction MC basically is inside a dead body that continues to function because another soul claimed it. It was only when MC unlock the memory inside the brain by chance like here. What happened here in this chapter is MC was forced by OG Sihyeon's brain to dream where he experience it himself what OG Sihyeon experience back then.
