Tbh none of them are dating so it can't be considered cheating however he does hurt Tae in a way. Dude's a double faced whilst Ilay isn't. Honestly I'm pis*** off at Ilay for that but he regrets it a lot in the future

I think Shinru doesn't betray Tae-eui. I tried to translate it and It comes off as Shinru do that sh** because he want Ilay to not go near Tae-eui (because Shinru like Tae-eui). Tbh, first time i read the translation it comes off as Shinru betrayed Tae-eui but later when i translate several panel after that, it shows that Tae-eui feel sorry because Shinru do that sh** so Ilay won't go near him and bothering him. 

But well, i'm not actually fluent in korean and i translate it solely from google translate so i could be wrong with my translation.

No shinru didnt betray tae ui... You will understand more in the novel why he did that and I bet that shinru sacrifice himself for the main character. So, I'm dissapointed that it became a misunderstanding between them... I fellt sorry for shinru I love him to be eith tae ui.. I really wish huhuh
