You should know how female characters are often portrayed in fictional stories like this. Don't mix up fiction with reality. And also if you hate girls then I assume you also hate harem.

MC's are usually paired up with a
weak loli chick/ girl on wheel chair/ powerless crybaby
to add a pinch of romance even though the ship won't sail.
I think she is being a hinderance to the MC.
