the Manager (i forgot his name omg) was aware that the uke was being watched by his ex so the manager was doing anything, like flirting with the uke, so his ex will 'you know what' do inappropriate things (bec of jealousy) that will end up hated by the uke.

Well, I think it's him (manager) who's spying on the uke. The bear was his gift. He's an obsessed fan of the uke so I think he'll probably do all those crazy stuffs. He also knows the old password of the uke's house too. Remember that one chapter where he tried to unlock the door but he failed and the uke was awake that time too.
