@Thaka Tenzin Yangchen I was actually thinking the same thing, that he regresses or he turns young again without turning back time and they end up together. I'm not sure why people think this is weird considering she's lived eight lives so is roughly 80-160yrs old. No one batted an eye to the fact that she'll end up with the kid with blue eyes. Actually a majority of these stories have women who died at the age of 20 something, then reincarnate, regress or isekai into a body of a child. They proceed to groom or marry the child they grew up with no never mind to the fact that these are grown adults marrying significantly younger children they basically raised.
