He does this to get back at Seth for raping him during their trial (in this manhwa, Horus overpowers Seth and rapes him instead). Seth then gives birth to the g** Thoth. However, the author of this BL doesn't like mpreg so we won't be getting any of that stuff and Thoth is just a g** who exists without any known parentage. The original myths are really crazy, similar to how the greek myths are haha.
