@Ahmya Ketsueki 4)Because today's society have so many eyes, you can't kill quietly in one place. I think it's better to find victims in different places at a time, if you're not settled with just one or two. People are bound to be alarmed when bad things happen in one place after all. And it's better if it's not in your town/city. Or at least don't include your territory, it'll make you easier to be spotted
The best weapon shouldn't be something that can make a mess, I think blunt weapons are a great choice but the problem is it can likely take a while to kill and your victim have a chance to fight back or scream for help. So I guess the good ol' knife.
                                
I think snake venoms are underrated tho. Just choose the one that will paralyze the victim the fastest (taipan venom maybe?), or you can mix it. You put it in a dart and shoot your chosem victim with it or like secretly pr*** them, follow them and when they pass out you bring them with you            
            
Problem is how to get your hands on those venoms and many eyes are watching. You can buy vemon illegally so that's kinda sorted out but I'm still thinking how to lead them to my car without being suspected. I'm thinking if it's a crowded place it's easier to sneak people in, maybe when there's an event and everyone is too focused to enjoying themselves than looking at you
