My theory is that all the family members Guwon killed were already zombies/ about to turn into ones and that is why he killed them, but with him being socially inadept, he probably thought that it was obvious and that is why he never cared to explain, cuz it doesn't make sense that he killed people indiscriminately considering that there are children in the city and he is very fond of them.

it says in a chapter that the only reason everybody in the town survived for one reason or another is because they were of utility, like the MC was a teacher, he could teach the kids... the same was for the doctor.
when Guwon knew they couldn't do anything, he killed them
@Massika technically he just started approaching her we don't know if he was going to kill her or not, they just assumed he would
@Nana sure but if you think that way what was the use of the children in the first place. in an objective pov they are a waste of resources, they cant work, they cant heal, they can't fight zombies. he could have easily killed them like with doc's family, but he didn't. there is some serious unreliable narration going on but we will just have to wait and see.
