@Haru it's a bdsm-like present. rings are not the only way to share a couple's vows to be together. not sure if rings already existed in the joseon era, but as they practice bdsm plays and hyowon is a sub and shinwoo is a dom, even if hyowon is still a power bottom, it's very fitting. the most common gifts are collars and piercings, but those nipple rings are a variation of the usual nipple piercings that are gifted from a dom to their sub! ^^
