@Kory Misun I also saw the underclothes but if you check, the other guy is wearing a bandana around his head. And we can see his hair. But in the last panel the guy who was punched had a bandana like how Cho-ah wears it. Cho-ah wears the bandana on his head so we can't see his hair.
