On your phone there are applications for blind people, or with other disabilities like hard of hearing, bad eyesight, dyslexia and so on
Like as you saw when his friend called it rang then read out the number and name
So yeah as 7 said it's voice command, so when he received any text message it will say they received a text message from number or name or both and it will read it out then it will ask if you want to respond and what with. What can I say technology is advanced now
