I have a theory, if the grandma dies than Dan won't have anything to live for and he'll fall into a deep depression.After that 1 of 2 things may happen, 1,Jaekyung might notice it and slowly become more affectionate to Dan or 2,Jaekyung doesn't care about Dan's grandma dying and Dan ends up killing himself
