in the Omegaverse, Omegas can conceive and give birth. Male and Female Omega's alike. Alphas experience period rut cycles and Omegas experience monthly estrus(heat) cycles. Bith alpha and omega are exponentially more fertile during these phases and more likely to conceive. If rut and heat coincide conception is 100%.

@Yuri In an earlier chapter they did it a LOT without protection and being sensitive to other alphas pheromones but the one that impregnated you is a common trope which world explain why the other alphas pheromones felt disgusting to him. Hope this helped
