Well usually stories about espers and guides are BL and this is the first straight story I see with it. But if it's following the same pattern as BL then this story will irritate some readers who are not use to it. Mostly relationships in this stories are toxic. Usually Espers are obsessed with their guide if they have high compatibility and not really like to share them. They also usually use kisses or s** to shut up guide if they want to refuse because guide body will respond because of high compatibility. And Espers will slowly getting crazy if they don't get guiding so they have instinct to get closer to guides which can by mistake as a love in this world since Espers are not used to get guiding from different people. So I honestly will be surprised if the ML really improves in this story, usually Espers ML are absolutely red flags and guides MC just learnes how to made them act like decent humans.
