480 rubles is $ 5.27 for today's exchange rate. If you look at the past dollar exchange rates, it would be even less. I don't quite understand where $7 comes from?.. (I'm not judging the translator, just clarifying)

@anonymous also this whole story has many mistakes but its obvs not their fault simple things like female names used for males etc etc but i still love this story
