This is in no way cute and fun, he could have killed his boss, I wish he had put him in hospital for you lot to realise the seriousness of their actions. Bear was pis*** off with boss over his ex, zero communication at the start and he went to hard way to soon. They needed a proper conversation about why boss didn't tell the ex he was taken, it looked like boss wanted to get back with his ex. They then should have talked about what they wanted during the BDSM session and what they were truly comfortable with. Seriously bad BDSM etiquette.

@Alex he could have let him know he was unavailable or just not interested in getting back together. Or just had the whole apology talk while they were working. There was so many other ways to have handled it.
