@エイトEiden but see , already all mens have some amount of estrogen in there body and all females have testosterone that's why there are some femalr who have strong body and males have weaker bodies.
Koichi already have estrogen and nowadays he is also getting active like womens ( mean bottom in s** ) so the possibility of releasing oestrogen will get higher .

Koichi also have a magical womb in further chapters so i think he will get pregnant.

@Aki there comes the twist if he gets pregnant then it won't be normal belly it wiil be huge belly because of caius's traits ( or genes) so then after only 5th month koichi the koichi's belly will look like a normal 9th month pregnant belly and you can imagine what will happen when he will be at 9th month .
After only 6th month koichi will gets trouble with breathing and eating and everything . It will be so hard for koichi to have a baby .
As you said , he will have to get a c- section ( cut in the stomach ) but i think there , in that caius dimension there surgeries are not available.

@Aki yeah I have no idea how this is even gonna happen because it's not an omegaverse??? It's just so complicated😾😭
