Ngl I get what Ei-chan is saying becos he wanted someone to validate him since his parents are kinda not accepting, he is self blaming..

But him saying those words to Kyohei really hurts. Like just becos Ei-chan self blame himself, is not a good enough reason to tell Kyohei everything he feels is a lie, an illusion, something that will break once they grad high school
