I've read in the comments that for many of you it's not Phillip's fault and Peter's revenge is not right, from this chapter I agree with you, but I also believe that something bad happened to Jennie, which probably traumatized Peter so much to make him want to take revenge on the person he believes is to blame... I love Peter so I will be with him no matter what, but I think too that the problem was not Phillip but Jennie and her mental instability and those girls bullies
