@CurryCooker if I remember it right, ML helped her run away at the port in the second life. And I read someone's comment that ML was secretly in love with Ines in both past timelines, he never married anyone in both of the timelines too.
Spoiler text.ml remembered his first time line where he and ines were married but they both died and he wished that she will live a good life in the next time lines but ines sucided in both time line due to surcumstances and then he wished to not to remember his first time line with ines as his wife.... Therefore he didn't get married as he still loved ines
