@MrMcGuiee just in general? Okay uhhhh
Spoiler!
Soon, Kim Soleum is added to the new hires group chat that he was initially excluded from. This starts a running gag pattern of a long string of events where he just stands out as a high achieving outlier to the point where he accidentally becomes an outcast because of it. Not maliciously, people just don't think they are on his level so they think he wouldn't want to socialize with them.
But anyways, in being added to the work group chat, this leads to him getting a suspicious text message from a member of Squad C. (Remember, Squads A, B, and C are known as the elite squads!) The message contents are about signing up for a 3rd party (as in not with the company) online marketplace specifically for selling supernatural items. The text reads like a mass scam message that is copy/pasted to everyone, but eventually comes across as the C-squad member trying to get people to use his referral code for the benefits... whether it's true or not remains to be seen, but it's plausible enough to erase suspicions.
Soleum makes the account with the referral code, but then also makes a separate account without it just in case that account is being tracked now that it's tied to that person's code. He names his new account BlueFriend and decides to sell the blue dragon churros he got to a request for purchase supernatural foods for research. Soleum chose this person because they were using terminology and ranking standards of the Supernatural Disaster Management Bureau — one of the other main factions of this world aside from the company.
His reasoning is that although all 3 of the main factions of the wiki are generally hostile to each other, their individual members aren't always necessarily enemies. That and if he's going to be selling stuff that he picks up from ghost stories, he should probably do it outside of his workplace that is filled with people constantly trying to gather info on others to use in their favor. He doesn't want the company knowing what's in his inventory if he can avoid it.
