@JPANIME thats because everyone has their own path. He already give them what they need. What they do with their power is their own choice. They decided to ascend. So they will need power to protect themselves. He cant be everywhere to protect them. Else he would protect them every single times they were attacked from the start. He already pave the way, and they decided to walk a different one.

If he stop it once, he will need to stop it again next time. And the cycle will repeat that they will believe he will save them from pain every single times. Its not good for their development. Like you shouldn't be scared that children will fall down. What you should fear is them staying down, not getting up again.
