"romance in this type of plot just ruins it" means that IN MY/OUR O-P-I-N-I-O-N (which means a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge) we think that these type of plot, these type of op main character is better off without romance, WE DONT HATE IT, we just don't have a preference for it ya. I was telling you to read the replies, so you can see that we don't hate romance, it's just that we do not prefer it. Okay, did you understand that or do you need to explain again?
