If you do have other works from either on your site, you are more likely to get a DMCA takedown request for all those titles and you'll definitely be on their monitoring list. While I can't say too much about international law, generally speaking a site is taken down only if it impedes on the creator's earnings or is making gross earnings from its operations.</div></div><p></p>
