To add a small thing, While Flame was Isekai'd from Korea technically she isnt from the same world as the MC. The Game the MC was isekai'd to was based off the novel and Flame is a main character from the game who's setting is that she was isekai'd into the novel which is why the story of the game deviates from the novel.
Basically MC Knows Flame was 'isekai'd' and he knows the plot, storylines, information in the game and the relevent mechanics so knows what will happen.
While Flame knows the plot and storylines of the novels (And the events and lore that wasnt as detailed in the game) but she doesnt know she's a game character/the story of the game Or that MC was Isekai'd.
