@Lucky I'm always grateful and surprised of how I never got type 2 diabetes and was healthy as a horse despite eating unhealthy amount of sugar almost everyday since childhood.  Back then, there wasn't enough policy of how much sugar it has and how big should they be. Amount of sugar intake was as tall as 3 adult. Lol

@Hobbies_Leaves There is a genetic component and age component to it as well, but eating too much sugar and tiring out your pancreas is never a good idea.

There is such thing as skinny fat you know. I believe type 2 diabetes means your body doesn't produce enough insulin to digest all the sugar you eat. I have seen skinny people get diabetes 2. So, I'm lucky I didn't get it. But, I really need to get my life back together cause I'm testing my fate as I can feel my heart working to keep me alive, lol.

@Hobbies_Leaves maybe u need to get some surgery Homie. I myself A lactose intolerant and it's bad even smelling milk Causes me extreme Nausea and palpation So I understand your pain
