@Zaxzei1 you obviously haven't actually read that far if your confused it's literally stated in a future chapter that the demon eye was the eye of an open heaven realm that fell into tongxuan realm the great demon g** there talking about was literally just an eye that gained sentience and formed a body the great demon g** wasn't even an actual person just somones eyes that gained sentience
Now how he managed to get the black book while he was still in the lower lower realm I don't know we can only assume that the great demon g** put it there for a specific reason or it had an accident and ended up falling there
