The amount of stories with ml's that rpe, assault, cheat, humiliate, degrade, manipulate and do other stuff to the mc is just atrocious.
Most of the time I look at comments or search for spoilers/raws to check if the story is toxic or not.

I'm always open for recommendations on bl with green flag ml's and romance isekai/reincarnation stuff.

@Vinny it's just easy money for the authors. Most yaoi fans are ho*** teens and they don't care if it is ra** or not as long as they are getting sm**. Authors are just following this trend. An average bl manga will have 80 chaps and out of those 70 will be just s**. No story , no relevance to irl whatever.
And reader's see a ml ra** the mc, they be like aww, he must have childhood trauma, he will have redemption arc. No 12 y/o bit**** why should I care about redemption arc of rapist??

also it has sa but it's not between ml and mc. ml would never. historical and reincarnation! just a few tws... sa, mc sad a** backstory, prostitution, and no ml is not a kid lmafo
