Omega: can give birth no matter the gender the are male or female but They can only be impregnated by Alpha's (as far as I've read). BTW omega can't mate with eachother
Betas: They are basically just regular humans but can only have kids with the opposite gender so mxm can make child and fxf can make child but MXF can normal humans but in some universes betas can make omega pregnant.
Alpha: is the top of everything but can mate with Alpha females and omega any gender. So it can be FXF, MXM, MXF, FXM. it's said omega are only to belong to alphas so there but if an Alpha an Alpha has to be MxF the are 99% going to make an alpha MxM Alphas can't make kids BTW.
