I was talking abt the past now the present . Later in the story MC meets the child and MC doesn't tell the kid he is his other parent . The child's new babysitter admits that the child has depression because he has no mom which makes mc sad bc he also had no mom growing up and seeing his kid suffer from the same hurt him . He loves his kid alot that he makes him remember everything the ml still acts mental but he's improving
