(I mean this in the sense of, he keeps repeating a script in order to tell people what they want to hear. He's constantly surrounded by people because of his charm and charisma, but doesn't have any true friends. He's disinterested in the actual feelings others hold for him otherwise he would've been more of a playboy with all the girls or just straight up cut off Yumin when it was obvious that she had feelings for him. Because he doesn't know anything other than self comfort he doesn't bother with his relationships, especially with Yumin, which is why he hasn't actually shown any sign of mourning the loss of a SIX YEAR RELATIONSHIP with her, or just any reaction at all to her random break-up. It would also explain why he treated their relationship more as repaying a debt than being with someone you genuinely care about.)
