Its one thing to have a tough time accepting someone's feelings, especially in their situation (one is gay and the other has been straight). However, it's clear that the ML always loved him and just didn't realize what it was. MC telling the ML that he does not love him and he's confused, is not okay. You can't tell people how they do or don't feel - some people take longer to figure it all out. Feelings are hard.
