I think the boss is a businessman and his products are s** toy that's why the blonde guy made his work easier instead of him finding random person on the street.

@Lrot I thought the boss is like obsessive with the blondie but when i see this i realized that he was just using blondie to make his work easier by using the product on the blondie guy.....poor guy
