tbh, the MC began irritating me as well. The ML is a pathetic loser who are indecisive with his actions and feelings while the MC is a fool who keep coming back to him whenever the ML does something nice to him. I mean I know that he's being real with his feelings but does having feelings for someone mean losing your dignity and respect for yourself? I hope that the Second ML will have his own HE if those two worked it out together. I'm really sorry if my opinion is not the same as yours.
