@Joe No one asked you to relate to Punpun. Punpun is his own person and thinks in a different way than you do ? Did you forget that he thought that Aiko hated him and that just the thought of her rejecting him would cause him a great amount of pain ? Not to mention that he used to be scared as sh** of Aiko killing him and that in their last interaction before now she was extremely cold to him which gave him another reason to be scared of rejection.
