 pedophilia is a term used for someone who like a minor, therefore please do not use such words. Either way, not all minors are small and not all adults are big are they? 

It is merely his prefrence. If you compare in-seob to other characters, he is not that small. Plus he has his mother's genetics which makes him shorter. The ML was also mentioned to be bigger and taller than average. Technically he is just comparing how big he is to the shorter man.
