@Strangah well, jay and president kim are rivals. president kim wants to buy all the shares of dream entertainment.  but jay had the most shares so he used to command the company. the president of the whole dream entertainment trusts jay, and it's rumored that jay will inherit the whole company (dream company has a lot of companies under it's name. dream entertainment is the entertainment branch and it brings the most profit). jay is originally from america and he is iis having some problems regarding his business in america.president kim is behind it. he forced jay into the corner and compelling him to sell his shares of dream entertainment. everything regarding dream entertainment will be chosen by president kim - the actors, the scripts, everything. he is also spreading rumours that jay is betraying the president of dream industry, to create a rift between the two so that jay becomes powerless without any backing. jay had promised taemin that he'll lose the first round to president kim. but at the end, he'll win. he sold his shares to president kim- this is his loss from the first round
