I'm all for the BDSM shenanigans, included the breath plays, but in this case they didn't even have a safe word (or safe signal) in place for him to stop the play in case it was too much. This is dangerous. Do not do this. It could end up in a hospital or with a funeral. Never do breath plays recklessly.
