what puppy blonde-guy is doing is not manipulation. him acting mad is js to play around w chiwoo and a sort of teasing game. his clingingness does not count as a red flag bc a lot of times, others find clingy ppl cute. so u could say hes an annoying character if u dont like him bc of how clingy he is to chiwoo, but so far, he hasn't done anything horrible to him. unlike black-haired guy who has beaten him, assalted him, controlled him, nd numerous other things. im pretty sure this will change in the future, but since nothing red-flagged has happened yet with blonde-guy, it is natural to root for him and chiwoo to be together- again, for the time being.
