i wonder why the people from the outer wall dont just abandon the town and build their own.<br />they are on their own anyways, the only thing that they will miss is a stone wall and stone houses, but they would be free from tax and everything else.<br /><br />well there is another downside, that might be food.<br />ahh i hate selfish rulers like that...
