First of all I don't understand why everyone talking sh** about Mc!!!?? I mean seriously victim blaming too much!!!...
In first relationship with that Red head , Mc openly talked with Red head about his feelings, courting him then they both , into a relationship but few days later it shows that red head kind of obsessed with him and control his life that's why MC wanted to take a break but red head hit him ,even threatened him and his friends....So Mc broke up with him and ran away!!???
Which point of view you guys find Mc red flag??! From which??? Feeling is a complicated thing ...Mc fell for red flag without knowing that he was a violent, abusive person so when he realised red head started to control his life he broke up with him ...

Next with ML..where Mc willingly become his s** partner because he has feelings for ML....
He loves so much so he sacrificed his self respect and still with ml but when he realised he can't do it anymore he wants to broke the relationship....
